Good Deeds Buffalo™ is a common law trademark first used in commerce in 2021 in connection with television programming, digital media, online publications, social media content, community storytelling, interviews, entertainment services, and related media services.

Jordan James Moll Vigrass, professionally known as Jordan James, is the owner of all common law rights associated with the GOOD DEEDS BUFFALO™ name, branding, logos, content, and goodwill arising from continuous commercial use since 2021.

Any unauthorized use of the GOOD DEEDS BUFFALO™ name, or any confusingly similar name, logo, branding, content, or designation in connection with related goods or services, may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, misappropriation of goodwill, and/or passing off under applicable state and federal law.

Nothing in this notice limits the owner’s right to seek New York State trademark registration, federal trademark registration, or any additional legal remedies available under law.

First Use in Commerce: 2021

Good Deeds America™ is the national parent brand of Good Deeds Buffalo™, which was established in 2021 as the original regional television and digital media platform before the national expansion of the brand in 2023.
