Brand Use Notice

This Brand Use Notice outlines the permitted and prohibited use of the GOOD DEEDS AMERICA™ and GOOD DEEDS BUFFALO™ names, trademarks, logos, branding, and associated intellectual property.

GOOD DEEDS BUFFALO™, first used in commerce in 2021, and GOOD DEEDS AMERICA™, first used in commerce in 2023, are proprietary trademarks and brand identifiers owned by Jordan James Moll Vigrass, professionally known as Jordan James.

The names, logos, branding, slogans, original content, graphics, and overall brand identity associated with Good Deeds America™ and Good Deeds Buffalo™ are protected under applicable common law trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of the "Good Deeds" brand, including names that place "Good Deeds" before or after a geographic identifier—such as "Good Deeds [City]," "[City] Good Deeds," "Good Deeds [State]," "[State] Good Deeds," or any other confusingly similar variation used in connection with television, digital media, social media, podcasts, streaming, community storytelling, charitable initiatives, entertainment, news, or related services—is not authorized and may create a likelihood of consumer confusion. Such use may infringe upon the owner's common law trademark rights and other rights available under applicable law.

Good Deeds Buffalo™ serves as the founding regional platform established in 2021 and operates as an associated entity of Good Deeds America™, the nationally focused brand established in 2023.

Good Deeds America™ welcomes collaboration through authorized partnerships and regional affiliates. However, no individual, organization, business, nonprofit, or media entity may represent itself as affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Good Deeds America™ or Good Deeds Buffalo™ without prior written authorization from the owner.

Requests for licensing, partnerships, regional affiliations, media collaborations, or permission to use the Good Deeds™ brand should be submitted directly to Good Deeds America™ for review.

Good Deeds America™ reserves all rights to protect its trademarks, branding, reputation, and goodwill developed through continuous use in commerce.
