Good Deeds America™ is a common law trademark first used in commerce in 2023 in connection with television programming, digital media, online publications, social media content, community storytelling, interviews, and related entertainment and media services.

Jordan James Moll Vigrass, professionally known as Jordan James, is the owner of all common law rights associated with the GOOD DEEDS AMERICA™ name, branding, logos, original content, and goodwill arising from continuous commercial use since 2023.

Any unauthorized use of the GOOD DEEDS AMERICA™ name, or any confusingly similar name, logo, branding, or designation in connection with related goods or services, may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, and/or passing off under applicable state and federal law.

Nothing in this notice limits the owner's right to seek state or federal trademark registration or any additional legal remedies available under law.

First Use in Commerce: 2023

Good Deeds America™ is the national parent brand of Good Deeds Buffalo™, which was established in 2021 as the original regional television and digital media platform before the national expansion of the brand in 2023.
